We have three Operation Theatres equipped to handle special or difficult cases. The unique feature such as Laminar Flow air-conditioning ensures low infection rate and faster recovery time. Anaesthesia machines, Imported cautry, Imported electro-hydraulic OT table, Imported Sarns Heart Lung machine, Intra-aortic Balloon pump and Medistem graft flow probe to check the patency of the graft right on the table, are the features which make our O.T. complex – much superior to that in other establishments of this region. In fact, in many instances, Surgeons from other medical Centre’s of this region have preferred to send the patients to operate upon their difficult cases.

We have trained and experienced Critical Care Nurses, to ensure the best possible Patient Care. We have drawn up a plan to send our Nurses and our Medical Staff to reputed overseas institutions for training with a view to ensure World Class Patient Care Services for building a better healthcare system i.e. patient-friendly atmosphere.
Our Intensive Care Unit is equipped with the latest and state-of-the-art facilities, centralized medical gas system and other Hospital support systems. Each bed is equipped with top-of-the-line cardiac monitors and ventilators. The equipment configuration and level of medical care is equivalent to that in any Leading Corporate Hospitals. One is to one nursing is maintained & is under direct control of full-time Anaesthesiologist & Intensivist.
Our Hospital is providing Executive Health Check–Up services and the Schedule of Charges is enclosed for your perusal. It will not be out of place to mention that many Organizations / Corporations are sending their Officers / Staff to our Hospital for Health Check–Up as per their requirement.
The department of radiology is equipped with the latest state-of-the-art equipment for routine as well as specialized radiological procedures. In addition, we have a range of imaging services like CT Scan, 2-D Echo, Ultrasound, X-ray, Mobile X-ray, C-arm etc.
Our Hospital has devised a foolproof system to ensure proper disposal of Biomedical Waste generated in the Hospital as per the procedure laid down by the Chandigarh Pollution Control Committee, Which has been authorized by the Government of India to ensure Bio-medical Waste management as per Bio-medical Waste Handling and Disposal guidelines 2016. Chandigarh Pollution Control Committee has authorized M/s Alliance Envirocare Company Pvt. Ltd., a professional company working in the Bio-medical waste management sector to operate a facility for collection, reception, transportation and arranging disposal of the Bio-medical waste generation by various Hospitals / Nursing Homes / Dispensaries in the city. We have entered into an agreement with M/s Alliance Envirocare Company Pvt. Ltd., to avail of their services and the Bio-medical Waste generated in our Hospital is collected daily by their representatives and transported to their facility for subsequent disposal
The Mukat Hospital is very well equipped with Power Backup set up in the form of silent type pollution free DG sets. This power-up is sufficient and adequate to operate Cath lab, operation Theatres, air conditioning system, lift and all other essential equipments for smooth & uninterrupted functioning of the hospital in the event of electricity break down and load shifting. 163 KVA is the main DG set & a newly commercialized 320 KVA set is kept stand by.
